Terms and Conditions

OrderSendAI is run by the company below. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using OrderSendAI.

These terms cover ordersendai.com and paleron.ai, and everything you reach through them: the app, the research pages, the reports, share links and Vera.

You must accept these terms before you use the app. We ask you to accept them before you first use it, and again when they change. When you accept, you confirm this:

I am 18 or older and I agree to the Terms and Conditions. I understand that OrderSendAI publishes general research, the same for everyone, and does not give financial advice. Its ratings and trade ideas can be wrong, I make my own investment decisions, and I can lose money.

You must be 18 or older and able to make a legally binding contract. Your account is for you alone: one account per person, and do not share it.

We publish general research about US-listed stocks: ratings, scores, trade set-ups, options ideas, reports and Vera’s answers. Everyone sees the same research.

We do not know your finances, goals or holdings, and nothing we publish takes them into account. We are not a financial adviser, broker or portfolio manager. We have no client relationship with you, and we cannot place trades for you.

You make your own investment decisions. For advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed professional.

Stock prices go down as well as up. You can lose some or all of the money you invest.

Options carry more risk. You can lose the whole amount you paid for an option. Some options strategies can lose more than that, or lead to assignment, where you must buy or sell shares at the agreed price.

Past results do not predict future ones. Figures such as targets, chances of profit and profit estimates come from models. Real prices, fills and results will differ.

• Scores and ratings come from fixed formulas, not from AI.
• Much of the written text, and Vera, is produced by AI models, currently Google Gemini. AI can be wrong or out of date.
• Our data comes from public sources, such as company filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and from market data feeds. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
• Each section shows its source and when it was last updated.
• Vera is an AI assistant. It gives everyone the same general research and does not give personal advice.

We do not promise that anything is accurate, complete or up to date.

Keep your sign-in details safe. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at Info@ticklestrading.com.

If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms also apply to that sign-in.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Today we take no payment for OrderSendAI. We give each account a plan, which sets limits such as how many stocks your watchlist can hold. We may change what a plan includes and its limits.

If we start charging, we will show you the price, how often you pay, renewal, cancellation and refunds before you pay, and ask you to agree to them.

Use OrderSendAI for your own research. Do not:

• copy, scrape or download the research with bots or scripts;
• resell, republish or hand out the research to others (sharing a report with our share-link feature is fine);
• get around limits, access controls or security;
• overload or disrupt the service;
• try to make Vera reveal its instructions, or misuse it in other ways;
• use the service to break the law, mislead others or manipulate markets.

We and our data providers own the research, the software, and the OrderSendAI name and logo. We give you a personal licence to view and use them for your own research under these terms. You cannot transfer this licence, and we can end it.

Some data comes from other companies under their own terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

The research links to outside sources, such as company filings and news sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

We may add, change, limit or remove features or the stocks we cover. The service may be unavailable at times. We do not promise that it will always work.

To the extent the law allows, we provide the service “as is”, without promises about its accuracy, its fitness for any purpose or the results you get from it.

We are not responsible for your investment decisions or their results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence, or for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

You can stop using OrderSendAI at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, email us at Info@ticklestrading.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue after your use ends, such as who owns what, no warranties, our liability, and law and courts, continue.

We may update these terms. The version and the date are at the top of this page. When the terms change, the app shows you the new version and asks you to accept it before you continue.

If you do not agree, stop using OrderSendAI and ask us to delete your account.

Our Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Zug, Switzerland.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the rules of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Where that law gives it, this includes the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

• If part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
• We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over the service.
• These terms are written in English, and the English version applies.
